Klara is a member of the same Aristocrat family as Manfred von Richthofen (The Red Baron, Aya's main ghost)

As such she is quite conceited, bigotted and also took part in the rigorous secret training tof the Richthofens, the true reason behind the fact so many of them have accomplished a lot in their lives. She is quite obsessed by family honour and the pureness of the pedigree, and so, extremely agitated by the fact that Aya is the Host of Manfred, as she considers here the lowest kind of commoner. After all, the Watsudo family does not even have a set home, but instead travels around like gypsies.

She clothes her extremely conservative, bigotted nature in cold cynism, aloof nature and cultured politeness.

Her goal is to to either acquire Manfred as her own ghost or at least get rid of Aya. She is also following the secret doctrine of the Richthofens very devoutly, and seems to know an awful lot about the Semiosphere, it's effects and the phenomena it causes, unlike every other character.

Her attack powers include mood changing attacks that are usually used to bring others into extreme but short bouts of depression, that can make the victims inflict damage on themselves. Also, she has bug and colour themed powers.
