Zazashi is a man that has always believed in himself. His major character trait is his curiosity, which takes wild forms in this guy.

He really wants to try out everything. It might be connected with how the only words he can remember from his father is: "Try to see all of the world, Son. Life's too short."

Zazashi grew up on the streets, and although he is curious guy, he wasn't actually ever interested much in school - probably because he never really had the chance to attend one properly -

- and so, generally distrusts academical knowledge which he considers dry and second-hand. He wants to experience stuff himself. Nonetheless, he isn't one to right out deny the worth of books and other sourcers of knowledge, and variously and randomly devours stuff like this if he can get his hands on.

More because he wanted to know how it is like than for any reason, he joined the Japanese Mafia, the Yakuza early on, and to everyone's surprised ascended the ranks rather quickly. If it wasn't for his anti-authoritative behaviour and stubborness, he might have made it even farther.

Martial arts interested him as well, and he came quite proficient with emm. Extremely proficient actually.

When Zazashi has set his mind of something, he tries his uttermost best to push it to the top.

Eventually, he met up with Anesan. The idea of a little girl, daughter of a Yakuza family that had been completely wiped out tryint to reclaim her family's turf and power would have struck everyone else as ridiculous and totally impossible. Zazashi of course, found it interesting.

And decided to join her as her personal bodyguard.

It was larger due to his physical prowess that Anesan managed to really achieve this.

Recently, he was getting bored again as Anesan's bodyguard, but as the Thickening grows, he got possessed. Which of course, was VERY INTERESTING.

Both of them are scientists, which is probably the reason they aligned with him, as his curiosity is his major character trait. Of course, he's also a delinquent type of guy, which doesn't sit well with these two more serious, timid guys.

But then, Tesla wasn't exactly one who likes authority either.
